By far, the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. I had ordered a beautiful arrangement for a client to celebrate the birth of her new baby. There was a mix up (on my part) with the hospital address/contact info, and the flowers that were originally ordered for a Burbank delivery ultimately needed to be dropped off in Santa Monica. Sylvia and the staff at Sylvart could not have been more gracious or accommodating, despite the inconvenience on their end. I will absolutely recommend Sylvart Floral Designs to my colleagues and friends, and I'm sure my client will too! Many thanks!

This florist is truly amazing!!! I've dealt with many florists through the years and this one runs ahead with excellence!! They care about your requests and poor into the design the love you desire to convey to your loved one. I received a picture of the arrangement and it was even more beautiful than I expected. Attached to the photo was a sweet message from SYLVART stating the person who signed for the delivery and the time.
